Initiate Your Request
Log into your TempPro account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
